Si la majorité parlementaire s’est mise dans une posture de faire  de la Politique Générale du premier ministre, Moussa Mara,  un livre sacré tel le coran ou la bible. Auxquels (livres), on ne doit nullement de reproche, mais la résignation, l’opposition   ne s’est pas dérobée de sa toge. Elle a décortiqué et bravé devant le public  ce qu’elle appelle ‘’ les limites objectives’’ de la DPG. Et comme on pouvait le prévoir, son refus  catégorique, pour son adoption, s’en est suivi.

The United States has said it will recognise the offices of the main opposition Syrian National Coalition (SNC) as a diplomatic foreign mission and announced plans for a $27m increase in non-lethal assistance to rebels fighting to oust President Bashar al-Assad.

The announcement came at the start of a visit to Washington on Monday by a Syrian opposition delegation led by Ahmad Jarba, president of the coalition, in his first official visit to the US since the SNC was set up in 2012.

The Elections Monitoring Agency (Bawaslu) said that stalled vote counting in some provinces was mostly due to alleged vote-rigging, not administrative errors.

Bawaslu chairman Muhammad said over the weekend that the agency had issued a recommendation to the National Police to launch an investigation into individuals allegedly responsible for election-related crimes that had caused vote-counting delays.

The ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) has delivered clear signals that its leader, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will run in Turkey’s first ever direct election for president in August.

A decision made in a five-hour long meeting of the AKP’s highest decision-making body, the Central Decision and Executive Council (MKYK), on May 2 is considered to be the clearest of these signals, with the party ultimately opting to maintain its three-term limit for its deputies.

Parliament will gather today for a long-delayed session, during which summary of proceedings for four ex-ministers of Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) facing graft charges will be debated.

The session comes after a one-and-a-half month delay due to the local elections held on March 30 and also a procedural flaw in the related motions.

Le président de l’Instance Supérieure Indépendante pour les élections (ISIE), Chafik Sarsar a déclaré suite à sa rencontre avec le chef du gouvernement, Mehdi Jomaâ que le budget consacré à l’organisation des prochaines élections s’élève à 100 millions de dinars. 

ISLAMABAD: The government on Monday assured parliamentarians that the military does not have any intention to derail the democratic system while the govt itself will not put any kind of ban on freedom of expression in the country.

This was stated by Minister for States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) Lt Gen (Retd) Abdul Qadir Baloch in the National Assembly during a discussion on law and order situation in the country.

Le débat sur la Déclaration de politique générale a montré une majorité solidaire du gouvernement, en totale phase avec le texte proposé par le Premier ministre. Par contre les charges les plus virulentes sont venues naturellement du côté de l’opposition

 L’Assemblée nationale a adopté vendredi la Déclaration de politique générale du Premier ministre Moussa Mara par 121 voix pour et 22 voix contre.

Selon Chafik Sarsar, Président de l'ISIE, la tenue des élections législatives et présidentielles avant la fin de l'année 2014 est toujours possible même si elle risque de poser problème.

Sarsar a annoncé que les parties participantes au Dialogue National ont demandé aux membres de l'ISIE de leur présenter les avantages et inconvénients de la tenue des élections présidentielles et législatives en parallèle.
