SDPK leads in Kara-Suu town council elections

SDPK leads in Kara-Suu town council deputies elections. Special representative of the Central Election Commission (CEC) in Kara-Suu Territorial Election Commission (TEC) Rasulbek Kadyrov reported to news agency .

According Rasulbek Kadyrov, today Kara-Suu TEC holds a meeting, where it confirmed the voting protocols and distributed deputy’s mandated among the parties. SDPK received 18 mandates in town council, Onuguu-Progress- 6 mandates, Bir-Bol- 4, and Zamandash- Sovremennik- 3 mandates.

He also added, that the results will be considered as preliminary till the CEC doesn’t approve the voting protocols. It is quite possible, that the parties’ representatives will not be satisfied with the results and will file complains to the TEC.

Recall, an incident happened in Kara-Suu on August18 in the course of the elections. Three people were injured in brawl: one of them get gunshot wound, the other one was stabbed with a knife, and the third one got traumatic weapon wound. But the representatives of Kara-Suu TEC declared that this skirmish is not connected with the elections. The incident occurred outside the polling station that is why it will not influence the results of the voting.
