Bishkek, March 19 / Kabar /. Ata-Meken faction begins first purposeful preparation for parliamentary elections in 2015. Political scientist Marat Kazakpaev told Kabar Agency commenting the collapse of the coalition of parliamentary majority.
According to him, a majority coalition "Yrys aldy - Yntymak" collapsed at the initiative of Ata-Meken and it can be called a specific pre-election project. "They began to prepare for elections in the crisis of the electorate, as they lost part of it. They are fighting for a marginal electorate, which stands for the nationalization of Kumtor," says the analyst.
"Most likely, I think in order to preserve the stability of the political system a mandate will be given to SDPK faction, and it will form a coalition without Ata-Meken and Respublika. As for Ata-Jurt faction, they recently lost their leaders, moreover, they did not particularly oppose to the government. After long negotiations, most likely, the coalition will include: SDPK, Ar-Namys and Ata-Jurt, " Kazakpaev says.
Concerning candidate for the prime minister, the political analyst said that the President will seek a compromise figure. "Probably the post of Prime Minister will be proposed to Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Asylbek Jeenbekov. Most probably, this time the prime minister will be a member of parliament to calm deputies," concluded Kazakpaev.
