Avec un taux de 19,3%, l'actuel chef du gouvernement tunisien, Youssef Chahed, domine encore les sondages d'opinion en matière d'intentions de vote pour la prochaine élection présidentielle en Tunisie, dont le premier tour est prévu pour le 10 novembre 2019, a rapporté mardi le journal tunisien en langue arabe Al-Maghreb (Le Maghreb).

HCS member: Referendum on draft constitution this year seems farfetched

The head of the committee for amending the political agreement in the High Council of State (HCS), Musa Faraj said that there is no indication that the referendum on the draft constitution would be held during this year, especially in light of the dispute and the appeals filed against the referendum law.

Afghanistan Again Postpones Presidential Election

ISLAMABAD - Officials in Afghanistan have delayed the country's presidential election for a second time, setting Sept. 28 as the new date. They also announced Wednesday that provincial council elections in all 34 Afghan provinces would be held on the same date. 
 
The Independent Election Commission (IEC) said recent amendments to election laws and the pending resolution of "numerous problems and challenges" facing the voting system prompted it to push back the polls.

KUWAIT CITY, March 16: Islamic Constitutional Movement (ICM) and the Salafists lost woefully in the supplementary elections of the National Assembly held on Saturday, March 15, 2019 in a bid to occupy seats left vacant by former MPs Jama’an Al-Harbash and Waleed Al-Tabtabaei. Only 42 percent of eligible voters took part in the elections.
