Elections are organized in two phases using a parallel voting system, whereby roughly half of the seats are elected through a proportional list system and the other half through uninominal majority system. Election districts are divided in two phases (1st on 24th-25th October; 2nd on 7th-8th November 2020) covering each about half of the population. A run-off for non-allocated uninominal district is organized on November 23rd-24th and December 7th-8th following the same distribution of geographical districts and phases.  The remaining 28th seats of the House are appointed by the President of the Republic.
