- Observations: Baathism arrived in Jordan at the end of the 1940s and from the early 1950s Baathist MPs were elected to parliament. The party was denied legalisation in 1992 (in aftermath of Gulf War), and split into two separate parties. This party was legalised the following year after adding Jordanian to its name.
