  • Observations: The MNE is a minor political party founded in 1997 and led by the political scientist Mohamed Hadef. It has been present in parliament since 2007. In March 2013 there was some controversy when one of the party's two deputies announced she was leaving the party and attempted (unsuccessfully) to join either the FLN or RND along with four other "migrant" MP's.
