Chynybai Tursunbekov: All factions identified their terms of accession to parliamentary majority coalition

"All the factions have already defined their terms of accession to the coalition of parliamentary majority," the leader of SDPK faction Chynybai Tursunbekov informed 24.kg news agency.

According to him, today the official negotiations with all factions on the issue of forming a new configuration will start. "Till April 11 we must resolve all the issues and make a new coalition agreement. I still can't say about the membership of a new coalition, but we will negotiate eith all leaders," Chynybai Tursunbekov added.

"A new coalition, most likely, will remain in the same format: SDPK, Ata-Meken, Ar-Namys," the leader of parliamentary socialists Omurbek Tekebayev stated to 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the only thing left is to speak with the head of Ar-Namys parliamentary faction Felix Kulov.

Respublika Parliamentary Faction nominates Omurbek Babanov as prime minister, the member of the faction Kenzhebek Bokoev said to 24.kg news agency.

According to him, this is the basic condition of entering of Respublika in the future coalition. "But we stand for all factions to nominate their candidates for alternative," Kenzhebek Bokoev noted.

He added that the faction hasn't received an official invitation on joining the alliance yet. "But we don't consider the variant to stay in opposition till the end of the term," he said.

During the meeting, which was also attended by Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Assylbek Jenbekov, Chief of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Narymbaev, the President discussed with leaders of factions the forming a new coalition of the parliamentary majority.

"A new coalition agreement should provide for the right of veto for PM on undesirable fir him candidacy for the post of member of the Government," the leader of Ar-Namys faction Felix Kulov informed 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the previous agreement didn't involve this point. "But it is not my fault. Now, I think, we must take this into account. Now it is very important to raise the statehood and develop parliamentarianism," Felix Kulov said and added that Ar-Namys doesn't try to get into a coalition at any cost.

The consultation on the formation of the parliamentary majority coalition will start on March 24. The Parliament informed 24.kg news agency.

Today the President Almazbek Atambayev gave the mandate for its formation to SDPK faction. The leader Chynybai Tursunbekov noted that he is ready to hold negotiations with all factions, but it is difficult to say now about the future composition of the coalition. "We will start consultations. The Head of the State gave us time till April 11. I hope, that we will cope with this task earlier," he noted.

Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev received today the Chief of the President’s Office Daniyar Narymbaev who handed over the official letter of leader of the majority coalition Felix Kulov about the dissolution of coalition of parliamentary majority. The presidential press service reports.

Parliamentary majority coalition ceased its activities after Ata-Meken faction quit the ruling coalition.

Quite expectedly, but suddenly for many deputies of the parliament (actually, like working in the districts, thus, missing these days in the Parliament) declared the collapse of the majority coalition. Ata Meken faction became the grave digger of the Zhantoro Satybaldiev's government. Omurbek Tekebayev, who earlier strived for retirement of the previous cabinet of ministries headed by Omurbek Bababnov, now claims to become the record holder for digging graves for officials.

Bishkek, March 18 / Kabar /. Today, March 18, Ata Meken faction declared its withdrawal from parliamentary majority coalition.

MP from this faction Joomart Saparbaev told Kabar Agency that such a decision was made by deputies at an extraordinary meeting of the faction.

"The decision to withdraw from the coalition was made in connection with the actions of the government, including Prime Minister Jantoro Satybaldiyev.

About 1.438,700 soms allocated to deputy elections of three Local Councils. Today at the session the Central Electoral Commission approved plan calendar of organizational and practical activities and expense budget for election preparation.

It is noted that elections in Kazybek Rural Council in At-Bashy district, Kok-Oy Council in Dzhumgal district of Naryn province, Kok-Art Council in Suzak district of Jalal-Abad province.

Allocated funds are provided for remuneration payment for members of Central Electoral Commission and also for holding elections of local councils.
